Kristie B Bowen

Kristie considers Lawrence home after graduating from KU. She will forever be a Jayhawk at heart! Her two boys (13 and 10) and husband of 17 years keep her extremely busy as well as volunteering in her boys' school and the Lawrence community. Being an athlete all her life, fitness has always been important, but once becoming a mom, she realized staying active was a necessity in the balance of life. She loves to help moms put themselves first for a quick workout session and find that balance, creating awesome self worth! From cycle to barre to so much more, Kristie loves all areas of fitness and nutrition, never passing up an opportunity to try something new.  Kristie is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor, a certified RIP 60 instructor  and a certified Booty Barre instructor.

Eliza H Hale

Eliza, co-owner, has always loved all things fitness. She began teaching fitness classes in high school and, after a detour in the corporate world, is thrilled to be back in the saddle helping others find a fun path to an active lifestyle. The strong sense of community drew Eliza and her husband back to Lawrence, where she has started a family and developed strong ties in the community. Eliza and Susie are focused on creating a fun, inviting fitness atmosphere that emulates the strong sense of community that exists in Lawrence.  Eliza is a certified USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, Precision Nutrition Level I Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, certified RealRyder indoor cycling instructor, certified RIP 60 instructor and a certified BootyBarre instructor.

Tami K. Keasling

Tami Keasling is a Registered Yoga Teacher through National Yoga Alliance as well as a certified Booty Barre instructor. She has practiced yoga for over 15 years. Tami's certification is in Hatha Vinyasa Flow, Basic, and Restorative yoga. She is a certified Cancer Exercise Advanced Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute. She has participated in numerous yoga workshops and retreats and studied under some of the best yoga instructors in the field. She is very focused on alignment and proper positioning in yoga and barre class to avoid injury and looks forward to helping you reap the benefits of integrating yoga into your daily lives and current exercise practice.

Renee R Rettele

Renee grew up in Westchester, NY, and came to Lawrence to attend KU on a tennis scholarship where she graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. She has a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from KU Medical Center and an MBA from Baker  University. Renee has worked as a Physical Therapist for Lawrence Memorial Hospital since 1997.  She is also a certified Pilates instructor.  Renee believes that "our bodies want to move" and fitness should be fun.  Everyone needs to find the right fitness plan that works for them and allows them to stay healthy. Renee is a certified Booty Barre instructor. 
Just Barre is a ballet-inspired sculpting class that combines the best of Pilates with elements of dance, yoga and cardio sculpting. This class incorporates mat work and small accessories — including hand weights, playground balls and resistance bands — to challenge clients at all fitness levels. This is an all-level class.
