Heidi M Matsakis

Heidi can be found most mornings running through the streets of Lawrence. She loves the feeling after a hard workout or run and she is passionate about helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle. Heidi holds both a BS and MS in Health and Human Performance and Health Educations and has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer in the Collegiate setting for over 7 years. She is married and has a daughter. Heidi holds certifications for Personal Training, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise through NASM, she is an RRCA Certified Adult Running Coach, Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach, and is a certified indoor cycling instructor.

Eliza H Hale

Eliza, co-owner, has always loved all things fitness. She began teaching fitness classes in high school and, after a detour in the corporate world, is thrilled to be back in the saddle helping others find a fun path to an active lifestyle. The strong sense of community drew Eliza and her husband back to Lawrence, where she has started a family and developed strong ties in the community. Eliza and Susie are focused on creating a fun, inviting fitness atmosphere that emulates the strong sense of community that exists in Lawrence.  Eliza is a certified USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, Precision Nutrition Level I Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, certified RealRyder indoor cycling instructor, certified RIP 60 instructor and a certified BootyBarre instructor.

Adrienne P Paranjothi

For the past 18 years, Adrienne has immersed herself into the Lawrence community she now calls home.  She lives in Lawrence with her husband and two children.  Adrienne loves to be physically active and passionately encourages others to do the same.  She's guided several friends in reaching their fitness goals of running a 5k to a marathon.  Adrienne believes fitness goals are more successfully achieved when it is fun and involves socialization.  Outside of working out her interests are her kids' activities, reading and being social with friends.  Adrienne is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor and a certified RIP 60 instructor.

Jodi N Nachtigal

Even though Jodi's career path in the corporate world keeps her busy by day, she has always been passionate about exercise.  Jodi knows that exercise and staying fit are the key to keeping her sanity while balancing the pressures of work and family.  Running is her passion, but after several injuries, Jodi has learned that cross training is the key to staying fit and injury free.  Jodi has an energy and passion for fitness and is excited to be a part of Team RydeBarre as a certified Real Ryder instructor and a certified RIP 60 instructor.
TRX Mixx! This class offers strength and endurance training using your own body weight through our TRX suspension training system.   With the instructor able to modify the exercises as needed to individual ability, all levels of fitness are welcome in this 50 minute class.  Come try it, you won't be disappointed!
