Jennifer, a Lawrence native, recently returned home after living in NYC for the last two decades, where she received her yoga certification under the guidance of New York's yoga pioneer, Cyndi Lee. Utilizing yoga to reduce stress and to deepen the breath, Jennifer is deeply passionate about helping her students listen to their bodies, calm their minds, and follow their hearts. When she is not making movies or writing her next script, you'll probably find Jennifer in a handstand or at least talking about the endless benefits yoga brings to the spirit.
