Susie likes to sweat before breakfast. As a mom with two part-time jobs, she knows early mornings are the best time to get in a good workout. Running is her true love, but an injury several years ago forced her to take a break - and she discovered the benefits of cross-training. Cycling, strength training and swimming now are regular parts of her active lifestyle. And every once in a while, she'll run a half marathon for kicks. Susie is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor and a certified RIP 60 instructor.
