Kristie considers Lawrence home after graduating from KU. She will forever be a Jayhawk at heart! Her two boys (13 and 10) and husband of 17 years keep her extremely busy as well as volunteering in her boys' school and the Lawrence community. Being an athlete all her life, fitness has always been important, but once becoming a mom, she realized staying active was a necessity in the balance of life. She loves to help moms put themselves first for a quick workout session and find that balance, creating awesome self worth! From cycle to barre to so much more, Kristie loves all areas of fitness and nutrition, never passing up an opportunity to try something new. Kristie is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor, a certified RIP 60 instructor and a certified Booty Barre instructor.

Just Barre is a ballet-inspired sculpting class that combines the best of Pilates with elements of dance, yoga and cardio sculpting. This class incorporates mat work and small accessories — including hand weights, playground balls and resistance bands — to challenge clients at all fitness levels. This is an all-level class.
