Details
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Packages and Passes cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred. We accept Visa and MasterCard. All Packages and Passes must be pre-paid and reserved through our online reservation system. Students, with a current student ID, and Seniors, aged 65 +, may purchase class packages in the studio at the discounted rates listed above. Additionally, renewal packages can be purchased in the studio. Please note instructors are subject to change.

 

Class Reservations

You may reserve your bike or spot in a class up to one week in advance by logging into your account through our website. Please make sure you received an email confirmation after making your reservation.  This confirms you made a successful reservation.  See you soon!

 

Cancellation Policy
In order to remove yourself from a class, log into your account from the Website or RydeBarre App and cancel your reservation. You must cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to class start time or you will lose the class (the class will be debited from your account). Once you timely cancel a class, the class is returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded.  For unlimited class package holders, we have a three-strike policy.  If you late cancel or no show more than three classes without cancelling prior to the 2-hour cancellation window, you will be charged a $12 missed class fee. This fee will be charged for each subsequent missed class that is not cancelled in the appropriate time frame.

 

Walk-Ins and Reservation Release

You can always walk in without a reservation, and if there are unreserved bikes or spots in class, we can add you to the class using your prepaid class package. If you have a reservation, please be punctual. In fairness to all of our clients, your bike or class spot will be released 5 minutes after class begins. If you are running late, we ask that you call the studio [785-856-4044] and let us know you are on the way. The instructor will hold your spot for up to 10 minutes after class begins. For your safety, RydeBarre BARRE fitness class participants who are more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to class.

 

Waitlist

If you were unable to reserve a class because it is full, the system will ask if you would like to be put on the wait list. We highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist because spots often open up, and as spots open up in the class, we give them away to members on the waitlist (in the order that they placed themselves on the list). If you add yourself to the waitlist, you will receive an email -- or text message if you've enabled us to send text messages -- if a spot opens up and you will automatically be added to that class. Please keep in mind that if you no longer want to attend the class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged for a no show should you be added to the class. Additionally, you can always check with us to see if there has been a late cancel, freeing up a spot in class.
