Eliza, co-owner, has always loved all things fitness. She began teaching fitness classes in high school and, after a detour in the corporate world, is thrilled to be back in the saddle helping others find a fun path to an active lifestyle. The strong sense of community drew Eliza and her husband back to Lawrence, where she has started a family and developed strong ties in the community. Eliza and Susie are focused on creating a fun, inviting fitness atmosphere that emulates the strong sense of community that exists in Lawrence.  Eliza is a certified USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, Precision Nutrition Level I Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, certified RealRyder indoor cycling instructor, certified RIP 60 instructor and a certified BootyBarre instructor.
A native Kansan, Susie, co-owner, graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Exercise Science. She worked for many years in the Cardiac Rehabilitation department at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She has been teaching indoor cycling in the Lawrence community for  over 7 years. Susie spends her free time with her husband, three children and two dogs. Susie is excited to bring the RealRyder cycle to Lawrence! Susie is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor, a certified RIP 60 instructor and a certified Personal Trainer.
Cindy is a retired P.E. teacher who taught for 27 years. She currently works as a personal trainer for older adults and rehab patients. Cindy also  teaches senior strength classes for the Lawrence Parks and Rec. Cindy is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor, a certified Booty Barre instructor and a certified RIP 60 instructor.
No matter the day, clipping into the pedals brings a fresh light to the world: sweat on her face, the road under her wheels, the challenge of a climb and the elation of overcoming the impossible. A'Laina is competitive cyclist who's logged thousands of miles, with all ages, beginner to skilled, on the open road. To her, it is more than the bike. Her passion is to bring cycling to life and cause others to fall in love with the ride and go beyond oneself and experience the joy in the suffering. Come along with her as she brings the ride inside. A'Laina is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor.
Amy began her Yoga journey 15 years ago. She fell in love instantly, though took many breaks through the years. Every time she returned to her Yoga practice it was like coming home. Amy recently deepened her yoga journey through the completion of the YA 200 HR Yoga Teacher certification. Yoga has brought a sense of calm to her life through the deep connection of body, mind and spirit. Yoga has transformed the way she feels physically, mentally and energetically. Amy teaches a Vinyasa flow style Yoga that allows students to build strength, flexibility and balance on and off the mat.
Tracey got involved in group fitness while she was a student at KU. First as a participant, then as a teacher, Tracey has 16 years' experience as a group fitness instructor. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer with her own personal training business, Aspire Fitness. When she isn't training clients or teaching, Tracey enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their four kids. Tracey is a certified indoor cycling instructor. 
Susie likes to sweat before breakfast. As a mom with two part-time jobs, she knows early mornings are the best time to get in a good workout. Running is her true love, but an injury several years ago forced her to take a break - and she discovered the benefits of cross-training. Cycling, strength training and swimming now are regular parts of her active lifestyle. And every once in a while, she'll run a half marathon for kicks. Susie is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor and a certified RIP 60 instructor.
Marne has been a runner most of her life, competing in marathons, half marathons and trail races. When Marne took her first yoga class in 2009 she was hooked, and knew it was a great way to complement her running and avoid injury. She quickly realized Yoga was so much than cross training, it was a lifestyle. Marne has been AFAA group exercise certified since 2012, teaching Cycling and Pilates, and enjoyed connecting with others through teaching fitness classes. When she realized Yoga Teacher Training was an option, she knew it was the next step, completing 200 RYT in 2014.

 

Marne and her husband are new to Lawrence, from South Dakota. They enjoy the community and everything it has to offer. Marne works as a Middle School Counselor in the district. She hopes to share her love of yoga with others, and to never stop growing as both a yogi and a person.

Tami Keasling is a Registered Yoga Teacher through National Yoga Alliance as well as a certified Booty Barre instructor. She has practiced yoga for over 15 years. Tami's certification is in Hatha Vinyasa Flow, Basic, and Restorative yoga. She is a certified Cancer Exercise Advanced Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute. She has participated in numerous yoga workshops and retreats and studied under some of the best yoga instructors in the field. She is very focused on alignment and proper positioning in yoga and barre class to avoid injury and looks forward to helping you reap the benefits of integrating yoga into your daily lives and current exercise practice.
Paco hails from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He moved from Amsterdam to Park City, Utah, to be with his wife in 2004, and then planted roots in Kansas the following year to be closer to family as he started his own family. Paco is an avid runner who loves to surf, snowboard and mountain bike when he gets a chance – often not enough for his liking, but he is happy to take what he gets! For his “day job,” Paco is the Facilities Manager at VML, a digital marketing agency in Kansas City. In his free time, Paco enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. Paco is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor.
Marci fell in love with Lawrence during her college years. She and her husband decided it would be the perfect place to raise a family and they moved back to Lawrence after 5 years on the East Coast.  She caught the triathlon bug a few years ago and most days can be found biking around Lawrence, swimming in Clinton Lake or running the trails.  Her favorite race to date is Escape from Alcatraz in San Francisco.  When not training for the next triathlon she can be found climbing and skiing in the Colorado mountains. Marci is a mom to three and a 6th grade Life Science teacher in Lawrence.  Marci is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor.
Heidi can be found most mornings running through the streets of Lawrence. She loves the feeling after a hard workout or run and she is passionate about helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle. Heidi holds both a BS and MS in Health and Human Performance and Health Educations and has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer in the Collegiate setting for over 7 years. She is married and has a daughter. Heidi holds certifications for Personal Training, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise through NASM, she is an RRCA Certified Adult Running Coach, Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach, and is a certified indoor cycling instructor.
Even though Jodi's career path in the corporate world keeps her busy by day, she has always been passionate about exercise.  Jodi knows that exercise and staying fit are the key to keeping her sanity while balancing the pressures of work and family.  Running is her passion, but after several injuries, Jodi has learned that cross training is the key to staying fit and injury free.  Jodi has an energy and passion for fitness and is excited to be a part of Team RydeBarre as a certified Real Ryder instructor and a certified RIP 60 instructor.
Jennifer, a Lawrence native, recently returned home after living in NYC for the last two decades, where she received her yoga certification under the guidance of New York's yoga pioneer, Cyndi Lee. Utilizing yoga to reduce stress and to deepen the breath, Jennifer is deeply passionate about helping her students listen to their bodies, calm their minds, and follow their hearts. When she is not making movies or writing her next script, you'll probably find Jennifer in a handstand or at least talking about the endless benefits yoga brings to the spirit.
For the past 18 years, Adrienne has immersed herself into the Lawrence community she now calls home.  She lives in Lawrence with her husband and two children.  Adrienne loves to be physically active and passionately encourages others to do the same.  She's guided several friends in reaching their fitness goals of running a 5k to a marathon.  Adrienne believes fitness goals are more successfully achieved when it is fun and involves socialization.  Outside of working out her interests are her kids' activities, reading and being social with friends.  Adrienne is a certified Real Ryder indoor cycling instructor and a certified RIP 60 instructor.
